Lead Management

Learn how to manage your leads in Status Check.

Overview

The Leads page is your central hub for managing and tracking all validated leads. Access it at app.status-check.io/leads.

Adding Leads

Upload a CSV file with your lead data:

  1. Click "Upload CSV"
  2. Select your file (must include a domain or email column)
  3. Review the preview
  4. Click "Process File"

CSV Format Example:

first_name,last_name,email,domain,company
John,Doe,john@example.com,example.com,Example Corp
Jane,Smith,jane@acme.org,acme.org,Acme Inc

2. Single Lead Entry

Add individual leads:

  1. Click "Add Lead"
  2. Fill in the lead details
  3. Submit the form

3. API Integration

Add leads programmatically via the API. See the API Reference for details.

Viewing Leads

The leads table displays:

  • Company name and contact details
  • Validation status (verified, warning, risky)
  • Lead score (0-100 quality rating)
  • Domain health indicators
  • Email deliverability status
  • Last validated timestamp

Use the search and filter tools to:

  • Find specific leads
  • Filter by validation status
  • Sort by score or date
  • View only high-quality leads

Bulk Actions

Select multiple leads to:

  • Validate or re-validate
  • Export to CSV
  • Delete or archive
  • Update fields in bulk
